Dancing Pumpkin Head 1 | Cindy Messer

Hello!  Cindy back on the blog with you today.  I'm sharing my last Halloween card for this year.  I've done some watercoloring on the image.  I just love her fun spirit!  The background was created using texture paste, mist, and a stencil.  If you'd like more detail please visit me at In Love with Paper.

This fun image, Dancing Pumpkin Head 1, along with many others can be found in the ADFD shop.

First Flight - Cathy Preissing

Hi Everyone,
Back with the Halloween card I promised you.  I just love this image!  (I know, I say that about almost everyone of Tammy's images!!)  It's called First Flight.

The interesting thing about my card is as I was putting it together, adding other embellishments detracted from the image, so I ended up keeping it CAS.

Are you playing along with our Halloween Challenge?  Check out the link on the upper right side of the blog.  This month's winner will have a stint as a guest DT member.
Happy creating!

Picking a Puppy - Jen Leeflang

Tammy has a wonderful way of drawing children and baby animals, and this gorgeous image called Picking a Puppy is a great example!  I love this image because it reminds me of my sons playing with a friend's puppies and how tender and loving they were whilst doing it.

The image is coloured using  alcohol markers  and merged with a lovely sentiment.  A simple blue cord wrap and a cute pawprint button were used as embellishments.

Please join us over at the A Day for Daisies Community on Facebook, and share your A Day for Daisies creations with us - we'd love to leave your some love there.

Keep Creative!

Hello Baby Giraffe - Cathy Preissing

Tammy's ability to capture the gorgeous eyes of a giraffe drew me in with her Hello Baby Giraffe. They are so peaceful and inquisitive!  I went a little playful with my Copics and made this giraffe pink.  The shading was fun to play with.

I hope you all will join our October Challenge.  I'll be back again this weekend with a Halloween card!
Happy creating!
